Our Mercedes Sprinter 14 seat bus is fully air conditioned, has cloth seats and is fully fitted with seat belts and arm rests for every seat. There are several child restraint anchor points throughout the vehicle and a microphone is also fitted for day tour commentary. We also have a fully enclosed and lockable luggage trailer for all your luggage needs.
From our experiences over the years, we ourselves as consumers have been disappointed by the lack of customer service and knowledge of the local areas accompanied by an “I don’t care” attitude and dirty vehicles. Failure to arrive (a No Show) from an unreliable provider could potentially mean that the customer misses their flight or cruise ship, and it is these experiences that prompted us to challenge.
